Services
SFA has reviewed projects of all construction types and occupancy groups. The scope of review covers all applicable model codes including locally adopted amendments. Our reviews are also tailored to specific local ordinances, policies, code interpretations and administrative guidelines to ensure that we fill the role as an extension of our client's staff.
Electronic plan submittal and review is available for agencies that use electronic submittal format or which are interested in having SFA accept plans for applicants in electronic format. Over 80% of reviews are now in digital format.
